About Us

Running the Race, Staying the Course

Mission

The purpose of Fort Wayne Force track and field club is to serve the youth of our community, by providing an organized program, committed to athlete development & advancement through a systemic approach. This opportunity is very important to the youth of our community as our program will provide structure, discipline and character-building. We will seek to reinforce the ideas of honesty, loyalty, courage, respect, and good sportsmanship in each club member. We will also strive to teach the concept of team involvement, discipline in work ethic, and the realization of achievement that will nurture each club member socially. In addition, we will provide an opportunity to learn the basics of track. Each club member will be challenged both physically and mentally in a safe and controlled environment. The track meets, although competitively structured, will not put more emphasis on winning than on sportsmanship and developing positive community values.
